Trainings Continue Within the Scope of "Cyber Homeland Program" in Cooperation with MAKU and BAKA

The "Web Application Security Training", which was carried out within the scope of the "Cyber Homeland Program" organized in cooperation with Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKU) and Western Mediterranean Development Agency (BAKA), is successfully carried out between May 20-24, 2024. The trainings are given in the Livestock Technologies Incubation Center training hall of the MAKU-BAKA Technopark Building.

 

The trainings are considered as an important step towards closing the qualified personnel gap in the sector by offering a significant opportunity for students who want to specialize in the field of cyber security. In the training given by Software Specialist Ehlullah Albayrak, it was aimed to train talented professionals in the field of cyber security. The "Malware Analysis and Reverse Engineering" training given in the third stage of the program attracted great interest among the students.

 

At the end of the trainings, the certificates of the students who successfully fulfilled the attendance requirement were presented by Burdur Governor Türker Öksüz, Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Oğuz Gürsoy, Burdur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Yusuf Keyik, Western Mediterranean Development Agency Secretary General Volkan Güler and Bucak Organized Industrial Zone Director Binnur Çığrı.

 

In his brief speech at the certificate ceremony, Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar said, "I congratulate the students who have completed the training program and wish them success in their future projects and career journeys."
