2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester Exemption and Adaptation Applications

Our university's exemption and adaptation applications will be accepted online through the Student Information System (OBS).
A guideline for how to make the online exemption and adaptation application is provided in the attachment.
Application Timeline
- Application Start Date and Time: 26.08.2026 – 13:00
- Application End Date and Time: 08.09.2026 – 23:59
Who Can Apply?
- All students who enroll in our university in the 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester can apply.
Documents Required to be Uploaded During Application
- 1- Transcript: A barcode-enabled Grade Status Document obtained through the e-Government portal.
- 2- Course Contents: Course contents of the courses you took at the university where you previously studied, downloaded from the relevant university's official website AKTS information package.
- All documents you upload to the system must be in PDF format and legible.
