The main theme of the festival supported by the Council of Higher Education's (YÖK) Regional Development Focused Mission Differentiation and Specialization Program has been determined as “Sustainable Development, Livestock, Agriculture and Food Technologies.” At the event, industry leaders, academics, entrepreneurs, and students will come together to showcase innovative projects and create collaboration opportunities.
All academics, students, entrepreneurs, public institutions, and private sector representatives developing projects on livestock technologies, smart agriculture applications, and sustainable food technologies can apply to HAYTEKFEST 2025. The festival features a wide range of projects such as herd health and control of animal diseases, smart agriculture solutions, food safety, and innovative food processing technologies.
The first place project will receive 150,000 TL, the second place 100,000 TL, and the third place 75,000 TL. Additionally, the top 10 projects will be offered special support by the Burdur MAKÜ-BAKA Technopark Livestock Technologies Incubation Center.
Applications can be made until 23:59 on May 12, 2025, through the festival's official website https://haytekfest.mehmetakif.edu.tr. The university invites everyone who wants to contribute to the development of the sector with their innovative ideas to HAYTEKFEST 2025.
